Executives running the company are longer the ones that built the comany, outsanding innovations that are not showing results in the stores. Lip service on customer and associate satisfactoin yet the simple fact that just because you have defined the processes and proceduers they have forgotten you still need the associates or manpower to stock the shelves and take care of the customer.
