Pros
great pay. 3 day full time weekend shifts. 4 day weekday shifts. sam's club membership. 10 percent discount on most itmes in stores. Paid holiday pay, even if the holiday falls on your scheduled day off.
Cons
Very very strict and structured work enviornment. 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch break seems very short considering how physical the work is and how far the break room is from the work area (5-6 mins of your break is spent walking to and from break, but dont be late!!) so your actual sit down rest time is about 9-10 mins. every second of your workday is being timed by a computer system, and even short restroom breaks can have a negative impact on your performance for that day.
