      Great place for moving up, competancy and hard work are rewarded. The more you take on the more youll be rewarded in the future. Also PTO is unmatched

      Cons

      The kowledge base and responsibilities are higher than similar positions in ither roles and those comoanies usually pay better. Rank up through walmart then land the same job in another company.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
