Free time Life work balance Beautiful Campus Got to select my technology stack and worked as an individual contributor in some projects. Opportunity to work in really small teams that make you learn on the job from full development to deployments etc. Annual bonuses are good to digital employees
Cons
You really have to wait before you get into a technical project. Did not find any seniors who had deep understanding of technology. My main work was on Node.js and all the technical leads I was under never had experience in this language. Hence, I was devoid of coding reviews, code enhancement learning.
