Pros

I can not think of any i'm afraid.

Cons

Horrific experience, they pay less than minimum wage but because they pay you a salary they get away with it. I got treated really badly that's why I left. I was with the company for just under a year and every week someone use to leave the company they are so bad with retaining employees, but because even the senior management are 22 year olds they do not know how to stop this. Majority of the people who work in enterprise are rejects, they got rejected from good companies that’s why as a last resort they work for Enterprise. The actual job role- Cleaning cars Delivering cars Carrying bags for customers to the boot Vehicle maintenance Hoovering and emptying out bins in your branch – company cannot afford cleaners Attending meetings after work which finish at 10pm (unpaid) Imagine doing this over and over again 60 hours of the week No lunch breaks Hands on my heart, it’s the least dignified job a graduate can do! Really poor working conditions However, they will never tell you this at the recruitment stage. They lie and say you will learn about accounts, finance, fleet control and management. I was there for a year and the most 'office based task' I ever done was filling, putting reports in order in a filing cabinet looooool. I now work in HR for top performing company and every time see any application that even mentions ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR I delete the application because I do not want such filth bringing over their unethical and disgusting characteristics to my organisation or any other organisation for that matter. The most hilarious aspect of my job so far is I once had a manager applying for a job in my current company, and I knew who he was, this is the same guy that use to tell everyone at the company ‘enterprise is the best thing that ever happened to me.’ The irony! In a nutshell if you want to ruin your dignity and be treated like craaap, then this is for you.

Pros

Working from home is convenient.

Cons

The software is insanely antiquated. It's Dos-based. You have to have 15 windows up at any given time. None of their programs are integrated so information has to be hunted up in 5 different windows at any given time, using typed in dos queries that are not even logical or sequential. The customers are horrible. Mean, entitled, snobbish, and rude. They think they're important but they use budget rental. The type of guys who call you "Sweetie" and assume you never went to college. The whole experience was terrible. The staff is unhelpful. They know the job insane and their advice is just to suck it up. Not to mention they give reservations but don't ensure that vehicles are even available. They have no way to contact their locations quickly and easily, you have to send messages along the ancient Dos channel and wait 24 hours for someone to respond. It's like going back to the stone age. In hell.
