Pros

Has a great training program to get promoted into management. They lay out exactly what you need to do to get promoted and it is up to the pace you choose. Promotions are based on performance not seniority. Your management team has a vested stake in you doing well and want to see you be successful. Its a great combination of a fun team environment yet you still compete against your peers who help each other.

Cons

You need to have a great work ethic and not be afraid of hard work. There may be a few times where you will need to pitch in with your entire team to help clean cars to help ensure that the customers are taken cared of.

Pros

I really enjoyed the people that worked there, the bond between employees is something that I haven't seen at any other job. Since I came from working 2 jobs 7 days a week I was very satisfied with the work life balance.

Cons

The biggest con for me was the fact that the only relevant metric to career advancement is your sales. I understand this is how they do things, however being good at sales does not equate to being able to run a branch effectively. Unfortunately, this being the sole requirement for promotion into management you end up with horrible managers and an environment that promotes cheating the system rather than developing actual management skills.

Pros

With the Reservation Sales job you work from home and only speak with your boss once a week for about 45 minutes. During that meeting he/she helps you with your skills and development. The pay and benefits are very good compared to similar call center type jobs. If you are dependable and apply yourself, you can have a long career in the call center at Enterprise, as it is a stable company with good job security. The people you work with are fun and very friendly.

Cons

The main challenges are working with the public, strict attendance guidelines and working strange schedules.
