Pros

This company provides excellent management, marketing and sales training both in the marketplace and in the classroom. Great people to work with.

Cons

Long hours poor compensatiion. Washing cars in suits and heels, on your knees vacuuming cars and vehicle reposession all while managing and providing 5 star customer service should pay more.

Pros

There is good structure of where you can go and how many doors this position opens to you. They do not discriminate on what degree you did or who you are and where you come from. They offer you a level playing field where you will be based on your performance. A lot of focus is based around customer service and sales figures, but you get training on both. Your manager will take you out for lunches to discuss with you what you need to now, and you can discuss with them what you're good at and where you think you need improving and they will help you get there.

Cons

A very steep nearly linear learning curve! You are not thrown in the deep end, but the training really does start after you step into your branch and away from your 3 day classroom training! But, if you're the type of person who learns fast, you'll find it enjoyable. It's a little unglamourous. You're wearing a suit and are expected to clean cars and to the pick-up and delivery for customers. But the good thing is they DO NOT let you out of the branch to pick up and deliver the cars! Why is that good? Because you know you won't be used as a driver; you're a management trainee so for 30 days you live and breath Sales and Customer service. You need it to advance!

Pros

-Based on performance not seniority -Can be promoted very fast if you're good at sales -Lots of areas to be promoted to not only with Enterprise but National and Alamo too -Most people are recent college grads so it's fun, fast paced work environment

Cons

-Not a whole lot of work/life balance when season hits -48 hour work week -Compensation starting out isn't amazing -This doesn't bother me so much but you'll have to wash cars in a shirt and tie/dress. -3pm lunches are not very fun either
