      Overall, it was a pretty educational and rewarding experience that required a lot of effort and sacrifice.

      Pros

      It was a great entry level sales position that allows college students and graduates to experience the nuances of sales from a protected position within a very large private company. There was limited technical knowledge required resulting in a fun, outgoing corporate culture that was more focused on customer service that quantitative skills.

      Cons

      Long, hard hours with limited opportunities to take time off or go on vacation. It was way too demanding and time consuming for the pay check. Management loves to motivate by showing off how much money they earn, but even middle and upper level managers pay checks aren't all that impressive.

      The management staff is really emphasis employee development as a key component to get employees to move up within the company.

      Cons

      A downside is that the culture of the company is very conservative. It resembles corporations from the 60's instead of today.
