      Pros

      I believe the founders have very good intentions. Thier business sense is phenomenal.

      Cons

      IT tends to reorganize frequently and therefore you end up working for a new manager every year or so. This makes it very difficult to develop a career. Promotions are handled unfairly. It tends to be who you know rather than what you know or past experience.

      Enterprise was a great place to learn about running a business.

      Pros

      You will learn many aspects of running a business in a hands-on environment. You have the opportunity to get promoted very quickly because promotions are based on performance and not tenure. The work environment is friendly. The pay is decent once you reach management.

      Cons

      You will work 50 hours per week. Sometimes you will have to wash cars in your dress clothes. Because occupancy drives profitability, there is pressure to have few cars on the lot which can mean angry customers. It is often difficult to acquire more inventory when needed, and there is often a lack of communication regarding the availability of vehicles. National Reservation Center and Enterprise website often mislead customers. Dealership and insurance accounts will often have unrealistic expectations.
