      Pros

      Great Health Benefits, dependable on time pay check, ability to learn about the "rental car" industry. Access to great sales training programs.

      Cons

      Sucker you in while you are young with what I consider "false" promises. It's nothing but an unbalanced dog race... The entry level dogs are well bread out of college, the upper Management dogs are dogs that came from kennels when the company was growing so rapidly and no one wanted to "rent cars" for a living at the time...

      Meeting new customers, driving new cars all day

      Cons

      not enough cars .. they throw u in the ocean with sharks .. tell u to SELL SELL SELL DW/PAI and act like thats all its about .. thought it was about providing a service but its really about hitting customers in need over the head to generate the highest income per car average..

      Pros

      You are thrown into the fire and either sink or swim. The ones that stay with Enterprise learn many different aspects of business. The knowledge you gain is worth the negatives.

      Cons

      You are required to work long hours. The message you receive is.. your in charge of your career and can move up as fast as you want as long as you work hard but there just are not that many positions to move into.
