Pros

If you in a high traffic area there is lots of opportunity. Can be very rewarding via dinners, group outtings, and most importantly pay. You really do get to run your own business without worrying about doing the accounting stuff. It's a great company with alot of resources but only the best of the best of the best rise to the top.

Cons

Long hours some times 7 days a week. Keep the staff trimmed down yet still expect sales calls, training, answering the phones every minute, greeting each customer, sending ee's to training and getting on last minute conference calls. It can be tough on the family working 12 hour days.

Pros

Allows for quick promotion into managment if performance is strong. Feeling of accomplishment and self worth this brings.

Cons

Very very long hours. Once you start doing the math you realize the money is below average for the work done at the Assistan Manager and Branch Manager positions. Once you become a manager you are no longer an hourly employee, and do not need to be paid overtime, so upper and middle managemtent don't really care that you are at the office from 7AM to 7PM, with a few nights here and their until 8pm.

Pros

Looks good on a resume if you are looking for a future in sales. This compay is one of the largest employers of recent college grads which is great considering many employers require experience. Looking to get experience in running a business and sales it is a good place to start but not a long term career if you ask me.

Cons

Long hours, policy changes when it is necessary to fire someone, quick to burnout, and the biggest of all is dealing with pissed off customers all day. People don't concept the difference between a credit card and a debit card and after explaining it 50 times a day you start to wonder about the inteligence of the human race. You are getting a 30,000 dollar vehicle and you are giving me 200 dollars , don't you think there might be some saftey percautions and paper work you might have to do. You would think that would be understandablr but some don't.
