      Pros

      Good Pay potential. Stick with it a couple years and you will see. If you truely can sell, than you truely will make a lot of money with Enterprise. If you can't you won't, period.

      Cons

      Long Loooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg hours. You will pray for a 40 hour week. Benefits really suck too. I pay WAY to much for crappy health insurance, I am pretty sure if I had any time off I could buy private health insurance cheaper. Did I mention the long hours??? I think I averaged like 55 - 65 hours a week my first couple years. Oh, you will work a lot too.

      Pros

      Enterprise Rent A Car understands that many of its new employees are young, and thus, gears its training programs to suit their needs. The Branch Managers and above are very familiar with you job duties and are always willing to help. Career growth within the company is possible if you are willing to do what they ask and to work hard.

      Cons

      Career advancement depends highly upon you sales ability. More specifically, your ability to sell insurance waiver packages to rental customers. It was often quoted that the key to sales to sell something that you believe in… however, the insurance waiver packages are a waste of money to most customers. Consequently, unless you are willing to let go of your morals, you will have difficultly deceiving your customers into purchasing insurance waivers that they’re probably better off not purchasing.
