      Pros

      Benefits, Fiscal Year End Party, Other Celebrations & Parties.

      Cons

      Assistant Vice Presidents are very out of touch with actual working environment. Many promotions and career advancement opportunities are dangled in front of employees like carrots. There is always communication from human resources that experience plays as large of a part as a degree in opportunities that available to employees. However, that is completely not true.

      Profit-sharing, flexible hours, benefits, reputation of the company. I enjoy the training that will be provided to me over a 3 week period.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. The company is very stable even at very rapid growth. There are multiple areas of the business that are available to pursue if I wanted to change my career path. Opportunity is huge and all of the hiring is from within.

      Cons

      Some employees struggle with work-life balance because they are not able to manage their branches and allow their branches to manage them. For talented hardworking individuals who are willing to learn, developing the skills to run a successful branch while keeping a great work-life balance is very achievable.
