      Pros

      Microsoft partnership for certifications. Teams are well formed and organized. Six months prod release periods, I've never been pressured with deadlines, everything is well planned. Work/life balance is actively enforced by the company. Saving fund (fondo de ahorro) is now available.

      Cons

      Since this is not a consultant company, and depending on your pov, most of the skillsets required are bound to learn the Erp processes and functionalities more than the technologies used.

      I worked with some very talented professionals. Onboarding was the best one on my career.

      Cons

      After 2 months in your new job, HR encourages employees to write a review. The problem is that at the 2 month mark you are still in your honey moon period without real exposure to the challenges and difficulties that severely affected some projects; therefore reviews like this one are a lot more positive than they would look if the same person writes after 1 year. Upon employment termination Epicor won't pay for unused vacation unless otherwise obligated by State law.
