      Pros

      The office is located in a very wealthy area in the foothills of Austin. However, the area is only affordable if you are in upper management since most employees are paid below market.

      Cons

      The tax dept has had nearly complete turnover multiple times the past 3-4 years after having to restate earnings because of a tax dept error. Current management is inexperienced, unqualified, and ineffective. Ironically, management is extremely judgmental and arrogant despite their ineptitude. Epicor is now controlled by its second private equity company and upper management cares little about their employees. Salaries are way under market. Upper management does not value tax function so budgeting is a significant issue. You've been warned.
