Great atmosphere to work in and be apart of

First round interview with internal recruiter. This was followed by intensive phone call and face-to-face interviews with the Regional VP. Final round with SVP. The senior execs which are the Regional VP and SVP bring years of experience and knowledge to the organisation. The execs and my colleagues are great people to learn from. A big plus is the RVP to whom I report. He is a mentor who practices an open door policy, doesn't hold anything back and wants his team members to succeed. It's been a fantastic experience building a brand globally with like-minded team-mates who share the same passion to grow and improve individually. We build a winning culture and succeed together.
