Pros
A very good balance between work and family. I have been working here for about 10 years and every project is different. You continue learn new stuff. You don't work over weekends. There are many source of learning. There a bonus for education, you can use this money in training outside Epicor.
Cons
More social activities. Probably in USA, this is not consider something important, but Mexican culture is different. Some years ago, I felt there was a better integration between departments, now this is gone. Also, there were more possibilities to get rewards ($) for the extra effort, now this is not happening. However, I still consider Epicor is a very good place to work.
