      Pros

      Epicor is a forward thinking company. I have appreciated the openness and transparency across the company along with the willingness to listen to feedback and consider new ways to do things. The work/life balance is good and the company is flexible in this area. Good benefits, great products, active ownership in KKR to make the company even better.

      Cons

      Too many products. A tendency to not make the hard decisions. Company is in a time of transition to become a cloud first company. If you are not comfortable with that environment of uncertainty then this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      We like family here . The support of the management is the best I've ever received in my 20 yrs. in the working field . Hands down great work environment!

      Cons

      Working through transition of people getting impacted was ruff. The people that were impacted were pretty salty but in the end got a pretty nice severance package .. so I couldn't understand why they were salty . Ive been laid off with a 200$ check and a pat on the back ...

      Pros

      Travel, manage own time, very little management overview. This is nice in the fact that you do not have a boss sitting over your shoulder.

      Cons

      Travel, lack of professional development, Lack of opportunity for promotions or internal movement into other positions
