      Pros

      Overall Experience was good and good co-operation among with other seniors and well supportive.

      Cons

      Nothing Specific..Yet to see. But Process and decision making was too slow. If Epicor will aggressively penetrating into the market then it will cross all other ERP's.

      Pros

      8 hour shift, most of the people don't work more hours than expected.

      Cons

      There were no growth. The project leader was too busy to answer quickly when someone have a question of their current assignments. He claimed that we needed to have everything in control by our own, but we had the minimum support even for knowing if what we were doing was ok with the requirements. A lot of rework since the beginning.
