The atmosphere went from a wonderful place where customer service was number one! Now its super stressful and draining, Demeaning and degrading. Customer service is simply a buzzword that has no meaning. Those of us that are left are hopeful for the best but drowning in realization that we cannot provide the customer service we have always provided due to the fact that management does not support what is the right thing to do but rather the profit in it. The leadership would rather get rid of the people this company was built on to line their own pockets. Ignore the personnel that this company was built on. Because of the selfish choices of the management those that are left are merely the orchestra that is left to play as the might ship goes down.
