Pros
Easy hiring process. You don't need much of a brain to work here.
Cons
Less than one star would be a more realistic review. TERRIBLE training process. Half A$$ed benefits. Mediocre incentives. And with the recent buy out from KKR they are laying off an entire office worth of jobs just to consolidate....regardless of great employee reviews and performance. There is little to no upward movement even though they blow a bunch of smoke about internal career paths and advising. All they really do is sugar coat everything and then screw you in the end. Like all the other reviews say...capitalism at its finest. if you're a mediocre person looking for mediocre pay with no morals or values then this is the place for you!
