Pros
Have been part of Epicor since 6+ months. - Higher management hears from you and responds in very apt manner. - Work Life Balance with work from home facility. - Good Culture. - You will have to take up lots of training in the domain you are into. - higher management visits the ITC(India Technology Centre , Epicor) very frequently to have interactions with employees and ways to make things better for them. - flexible timings and manager are quite supportive.
Cons
- Cafeteria needs lots of improvement in terms of vendors and food quality. - No Gym/fitness facility. - office commute is not present for the general shift employee. - lack of fun activities in the company.
