Pros
You learn a lot the first year you come, and also there are a lot of flexibility from upper management if you want to join courses that will help your knowledge growth or do your masters degree. There is a lot of flexibility with the new grads. Also, the payment is great for a new grad.
Cons
If you are searching for a job where you are going to be busy enough to not get bored, this is not one of them. Also, there is no much career growth here, you will need to change of area or company if you want a bigger and better role. Sometimes you see how some employees do nothing at all, and it really gets in your nerves getting all their work and them being paid more than you.
