      promises...promises and promises and false promises.

      Never ever try to be part of this company. They don't even know where are they heading. They plan big promise big, but nothing happens end of the day. Once you join this company you would be out of active development and must have to take part of active political activities and thats all.

      the BDR role at the Westminster, CO office is great. In the Distribution department, the management is pro debelopment. They make sure you have the right tools in place to succeed. If you are struggling, they will coach you and give you more suggestions to get back on track. The commission structure is very good along with benefits. I have worked in sales jobs before and Epicors commission is unbeatable. You will not find anything better. Management in the distribution department listens and cares about your career goals. They are also transparent with the job and will have the interviewees sit down with the BDRs so they understand the job before starting. The goals are realistic and attainable and the work culture for distribution is very positive and fun.

      Obviously every company will have small things.The BDR role is a great start to a career in the software industry.
