      Pros

      - Work life balance - Real flexible timings (no terms and conditions) - Good opportunities to learn - Lot of training's and good domain - Very good Bangalore facility - Proper road map for the new hires and not hiring for temporary projects

      Cons

      - No Real concerns so far.. food vendor can be changed.. The US policy's are very good but the similar policy's are not yet available in India...and its getting delayed - Software's that we use(OS & other regular softwares) are kinda outdated and it will be good if we can work on latest version

      Manager is new, some employees aren't happy, not very flexible on hours, might work some holidays
