      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Competent management. No micro-management. Very good pay and benefits. Great people to work with. Encouraged to do my job well and contribute any ideas for process improvement.

      Cons

      The company seems to be going through some growing pains and there are some areas where the company vision is still a little unclear. Still growing though!

      Pros

      Company full of standards. It's a great place to begin your professional career. There's always new things to learn and problems to solve. Don't facing stress frequently

      Cons

      There's not much new technology to learn/use. The only leanguage it's used is C# for backend and SQL for DB. Not new projects to create, just new enhacements and bug fixing.
