      Pros

      nice atmosphere, not too stressful. Cant fault the manager, always willing to help and has always believed in me.

      Cons

      Only real issue is pay... basic is very average and commission isn't great compared to other companies

      Pros

      Friendly workplace, open and transparent management which will listen to employee concerns. I never felt that there was any concern I couldn't air, and good work was recognized. Recognition of talent and hard work means rewards are there.

      Cons

      Confused and incoherent strategy by senior management, which meant it felt like the company had no real direction, simply a mess of different ERP companies coexisting and hoping to grow...somehow. Revolving door of CEOs.
