      Great coworkers, great direct supervisors, people care about the customer's needs.

      Cons

      Executives have no idea what our customers need/want. More concerned about the brand than the products the brand stand for.

      Pros

      Nice people, Good teammates, Free snacks on Thursday, Great stepping stone to other companies, Frequent happy hours with my work friends. Overall seems a good company, general marketplace awareness of services and products we sold. Short commute

      Cons

      Sadly- biggest con is the direct managers and leadership above- Nice, always too busy surfing the web, too lazy to walk around, never around when you need them, seems like very limited experience, - Wouldn't mind making bank with short hours filled with no work. Do what I did -quit..

      Good benefits, decent pay, positive atmosphere among peers in most groups.

      Cons

      Weak management, high turnover, low employee accountability. High value employees get fed up with culture and leave while low-producing tenured employees cling on for dear life and significantly slow the growth and progression of the company.
