      Good benefits, Good bosses, Good people working around you, Solid base pay, Lucrative commission that isn't unattainable. Managers really willing to work with you to improve your numbers and get you making more money. A laid out path for you to advance once you've been with the company and have hit your goals.

      Cons

      Nothing that isn't in the description. You just need to be prepared for the grind of making a ton of phone calls everyday. The job is exactly what they tell you it is from the start.
