      Pros

      Pockets of passionate professionals throughout the organization. Extensive sales and marketing investment.

      Cons

      The right hand more often than not doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Could be a great company, but for the constant upheaval. Certain products have great potential, but resource allocation is often strange and illogical.

      They have some great individual managers.

      Cons

      Company only concerned with billable hours, does not allocate enough resources toward software issues. Is reactive and not proactive, until clients leave or demand certain updates or improvements they do not put the resources where needed. They do not promote collaborative efforts, Their internal systems are slow and difficult to use.
