      Pros

      The team I work with is exceptionally professional and great to work with. As a relatively new employee, it's been awesome how willing team members are to go out of their way to answer questions and make sure I have the knowledge and tools to get the job done. I've gained so much knowledge and valuable experience since starting, it's truly astounding. There's a real culture of continuous improvement here, giving me the feeling that this company is on the move.

      Cons

      Epicor faces the same challenge of any company of its size; finding a way to foster a close knit culture in spite of it's size. While I share the support of many on my team, sometimes it's hard to see how we fit into the big picture at Epicor.

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a very large multinational corporation, with huge growth potential. The leadership is constantly changing and adapting to meet the needs of the customers.

      Cons

      They spun off their retail division, which had the potential to increase their general profit margins substantially, if handled correctly. This was a mistake, as were some of the initiatives associated with same.
