Pros
I've worked for this company (CCI-Triad, Activant, Epicor) since it was located on Triad Way in Livermore, CA. The best part of this company is the co-workers. The people that really do the 'work'. I really do have a 'work family'. Great, great people. Professional, caring, helpful, friends.
Cons
The company has gone thru a LOT of changes since its original days as Triad. Those were good days. Now the company has merged and sold so many times, Management is a real joke. Read the other reviews; they all say the same thing. Now many of the jobs are being sent to the Philippines, Mexico and India for cheap labor with HUGE layoffs over the years and more to come in October of 2016. Many, many real good people being laid off; many are over 50 and will be difficult to find jobs. If you are foolish enough to hire on here, expect high pressure from uneducated managers who can't think (or aren't allowed to think) for themselves, They are "Yes" people and carry out upper management marching orders. It's a shame what has happened to what was a very good company to work for years ago.
