      Pros

      Great software package - very robust. There are a lot of long time employees.

      Cons

      Management does a very poor job of listening to their long time employees. *most leads are going to the SMB team - which leaves Normal KNA sales shrinking **Comp is based off of Software sales, which has to be discounted because of the Separate balance Sheet the professional Services team has. Most new sales are Professional Services and Hardware.

      The salary was decent. They had a nice caf. The building was conveniently located. Had a gym in the building.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Stay away. They don't really care about employee training or employee advancement. I was given the run around to find answers to questions my colleagues didn't have time to answer.
