      Was generally left to manage own projects with little interference which is the positive side of the CON to follow.

      Cons

      You were a number. There would be email directives from corporate headquarters that were signed by a departmental code, no name of an human being. Just a number run by numbers. In the last two years I was there I never met my boss face to face. Good material for Dilbert.
