Pros

Epicor has many ten year employees which makes this more like a family of employees. This is really the best part of Epicor.

Cons

Been a lot of upper management change...with that comes more changes. Just trying to ride the wave of change

Pros

You can put it on your resume

Cons

Horrible company, lack of contact between employees and management. Expect to get laid off. The recruiters lie about the positions and make them seem a lot better (even more so than all companies do). They are just looking to sell the company and cash out, CEO has done that multiple times with multiple companies. Dont work here, go to one of the better software companies.

Pros

At the time, I worked at Epicor I loved that after I was done putting my 8 hours in I was able to leave my work and go home and do my second job which was to be the best mom ever.

Cons

I don't like that Epicor continues to off shores the work leaving the American people jobless. Activant now Epicor was created on a good old boys mentality and the business worked. I didn't like that when it came to yearly reviews upper management had every excuse as to why they couldn't give you a raise. In my 10 years of service I felt unappreciated, but I stayed because I loved the quality of life that I had outside of Epicor. I sacrificed for my children. Future job seekers if you're looking for the money you're not going to get it here. When I took the job I was given false promises regarding raises. When I a accepted the job in 2004 I started at 40,000 and when I was laid off in 2014, I was at 48,000 that's pretty sad for a multi-million dollar company. But, for me I had to remember that God was my source.
