      Some really talented people, working and se;f starters

      Not much synergy, as most employees are remote and there is little face to face integration between organizations.

      Pros

      Great people with an amazing sense of teamwork. Great working environment, the company rarely resorts to crunches to deliver deadlines. Your personal time is usually your personal time, and rarely somebody will request you to put extra hours (perhaps twice a year).

      Cons

      Since we were bought by the equity firm the focus has changed from our people, to our revenue. The CEO usually says one thing and acts in the complete opposite way. The compensation is mediocre at best since they appear to aim at paying the national average for each position. A recent push to offshore jobs even at the cost of good elements just because they are too expensive.
