      Pros

      Management listens to ideas and empowers you. Great commissions and bonuses and always paid on time. Great company culture with huge opportunities globally.

      Cons

      Marketing is poor, need to invest more in marketing activities and messaging in international business outside US. the word should go out internationally about EPICOR.

      Good team environment that gave me opportunites to grown and learn new skill sets. Lots of employees that have been there long term.

      Cons

      Slow to adapt to new technology. Managers have to many direct reports which makes it difficult to coach the front line.
