Leadership here (I was in the Bensalem PA office) seems to have no vision. I was in Biz Dev. The commission structure changed on my first week, they drastically reduced the commissions and increased the quotas. That in itself I was willing to roll with. There was no training for the first 3 months I worked there. They let my direct supervisor go and never hired a replacement, leaving the entire Biz Dev team sort of adrift. The strategy for Biz Dev from managers was extremely lacking. I saw no innovation, no out of the box thinking, no ability for us to improve the broken systems. When we would try to make suggestions on portions of the business flow that were clearly broken, we were told not to bring it up again. The database is a complete mess with contacts that have been deceased for years and full of duplicates, yet again we were told not to mention this or to spend time correcting the database. The companies software is lacking and falling behind it's competition. Epicor seemed not to be wiling to invest money or R&D time into improving the offerings, leaving us attempting to sell an outdated and inefficient system. I worked at Epicor for about 6 months and left on my own after I simply could not wait for them to get it together.
