The people you work with can become your best friends.

Most of the positive reviews are forced meaning the Talent Acquisition team sent out an email to all employees over the last 6 months telling them they needed to leave positive reviews to get a minimum of 3.5 for a total score. This is why the 3.5 rating never changes. Read the negative reviews to get a true sense of what the company is like.
