      Welcoming atmosphere, lots of visibility with high level leadership, upward mobility and great co-workers.

      Cons

      No product training, you learn on your own with a sink or swim mentality. Most if not all TDR's have never seen the software.

      Pros

      If you work hard daily and continuously provide a great first impression with prospective customers the role of Business Development Rep is rewarding in many ways. Such as the work itself - assisting businesses with operational efficiency and growth, Epicor’s work to life balance is great, compensation is good and overall working with nice people (there are so many nice people at Epicor and many of them have been at Epicor for years). Immediate managers are great, attentive and always there to help if needed. The team environment is well spirited.

      Cons

      Epicor is a big global company yet, is customer focused. It seems that as a company they are always working on being even better.
