      Pros

      A good company with lots of resources that is very dominant in many of the verticals where it operates. The company encourages hard work with opportunities to move up. I began as a Business Development Rep but was able to earn a promotion in well under a year (normally anticipated between 18-24 months) by consistently exceeding my goals and demonstrating a knowledge of the industry and products.

      Cons

      It is a large organization, so it can sometimes be difficult to track down the correct people and information.

      The environment is welcoming, with good starting salary and commision. The management is excellent, that assist in you grown and have everything in their power to help me succeed.

      World class industry solutions, exceptional sales leadership, great company, wonderful benefits: In my 2+ years at Epicor my boss has always led by example by their work ethic and doing everything within their power to ensure the success of the team and each individual in their current roles, as well as working with his peers to provide advancement opportunities to those employees that are deserving. Expectations of job duties and advancement opportunities are made clear from day one and in my 2+ years I have received multiple opportunities for advancement, two that I have accepted.

      Cons

      None, I have been rewarded at every turn for my hard work and loyalty to my peers and the company.
