      Pros

      I've recently joined Epicor and am excited to be part of the momentum. Everyone is passionate about their role and it's truly infectious. There are plenty of resources to help you get up to speed on what is going on and everyone is eager to assist as well. This has been a great experience.

      Cons

      After going through some rather serious changes, some of the processes and procedures are still being worked out, but right up to the Executive level they are open to ideas and jump in to help out when the direction is not clear.

      I feel a free person because I´m responsible of my work without having a continuous monitoring.

      Cons

      Budget assigned for training don´t allow to buy books Increase our career opportunities with advice of anybody from RH department, watching continuously the opportunities to grow in the organization including occupying places in other countries.

      Pros

      Constant opportunity to learn. Supervisor that stands behind your work. Team environment to accomplish realistic, well organized goals. The group of people I work with make all of the difference.

      Cons

      There is a slight lack of Inter department communication. Within our department, everyone is well informed.
