Solid Starting Place
Pros
Minneapolis Office is filled with fun, hard working people. Great way to get your feet wet in the Software Industry as many larger Tech companies actively recruit Epicor employees. Management (in MN) is very flexible with time off and sick days. Being party of a large company creates many opportunities to move around geographically (I was able to spend 3 months in Denver on a project) which can be great for a young professional starting out a career.
Cons
Lack of training and focus on 'dials-per-day' metrics can be discouraging. The company is VERY slow to change and there is lots of red tap to hop through when going for a promotion. Metrics are not hard to hit but If you aren't on track to hit your numbers you will be put on 'probation'
