      I have been with company over 10 years. I have worked at numerous ERP software companies and Epicor is similar to most. Same good points, same issues. I would not have stayed this long if did not find it acceptable. Having been a consultant long before I joined Epicor, I know the work/life balance requirements of an on the road consultant, and I find the flexibility at Epicor better than most ERP companies.

      Cons

      I have had 7 different managers during my time here and have not met my current manager of 3 years, not that it is important in my position but it does speak to managements view of employees. Private equity ownership and that is what it is.
