      Pros

      Team spirit is really good, everybody help each other, they are really flexible with you schedule, they got a really good life/work balance .

      Cons

      They do not have career paths, some people get lost in this big corporation and changes on direction are gotten from upper management which is not really connected to projects or people. Is a good company to start your career.
