      Pros

      Comradeship amongst employees. Opportunity for broad experience if you get on right track

      Cons

      The management do not know how to lead, mentor nor plan. Mediocre people are promoted as long as they toe the company line. Product vision and leadership now lost. All of which has lead to loss of significant number of leading lights, and thus drive non existent.

      Pros

      It's overall a great company, nice salary kinda continuous improvement, you'll never get to learn all the system and are constantly learning more and more about it. Nice environment and great co-workers

      Cons

      The system has tons of errors, which may get some customers frustrated and some of the process are soo bureucratic that may take weeks to fulfill a process internally. You need to learn a lot about the system and take tests to get certificated as a consultant.
