The owners want to sell the company and everyone knows it. All the effort is right now is trying to make the company look good to sell. Offshoring is the name of the game as US jobs are shipped off to Mexico and India. Benefits and raises are as reduced as much they think will keep people from quitting. I'm still getting used to the positive vibe working for my new company after many years with Epicor being told cut costs and not expect much from a raise as the business had a tough year. Right now focus is on the bottom line and not the employees.

Stress is higher these days. Benefits and pay aren't in line with other leading companies. No stock options.
