      Pros

      Epicor Software offers its employees competitive benefits and salaries as well as internal educational programs to advance ourselves to complete our tasks in the most efficient and effective manner. The management team is accessible and willing to listen to employee feedback.

      Cons

      As with most large corporations change is often slow to occur which can deter forward progress when attempting to implement a new process.

      Pros

      During my past 2 years of employment, I have tremendously enjoyed working for this company. It seems that management in general allows its employees to work autonomously, and this has held true in my department, too. The department I work in also does a nice job of recognizing and celebrating employee achievements. My duties and scope of work are often changing and evolving, and this helps keep me engaged.

      Cons

      In my opinion, the benefits package does not offer many bells and whistles. That said, a more robust benefits package for me is more of a 'nice to have' rather than a 'must have'.
