      Pros

      They listen to the employees ideas. Employees are responsible enough to manage their own time. They understand that people have lives outside of work.

      Cons

      We need more training programs in our area. The carrer oportunities sometimes are not very clear.

      Pros

      Provides opportunities for community support. Virgin Health Miles is a real plus. I enjoy the people I work with.

      Cons

      Senior management seems to all be coming from the outside in the past few years. Internal opportunities seem to be limited.

      Flexible with hours and accommodating to appointments. Great vacation time available. Always learning and varied in work. Telecommuting is encouraged.

      Cons

      Salaries seem to be below average for the software field. Being a large corporation feels like you are a small piece on the scale.
