      Pros

      Progressive Technology. Market leader. Great products with a customer focus. Great environment in all the campuses which encourage partnership and collaboration.

      Cons

      To be great you need to work hard. People are expected to put in the time it takes to compete with all different types of businesses. Software industry is very competitive.

      casual dress, great culture and relaxed, most of the managers are very approachable and easy to talk to, in some positions home office is an option, they offer a educational bonus, the best company I've ever worked for

      the increases are low, some employees from other regions tend to be racist (just a few), not much career opportunities

      Pros

      Great company to work for! Employee benefits are excellent such as paid medical, company RRSP contributions, profit sharing bonuses. We have a great group of people in our Vernon office. There is a broad range of expertise which provides a well rounded team. I would highly recommend Epicor to anyone exploring great companies to work for!

      Cons

      Working for a large company can be at times frustrating dealing with many departments/divisions.
